# Pilot safety and sensitive content

The English grades 10–12 release is a limited, reviewed demonstration, but it does **not** yet include per-case sensitive-content labels. Treat this page as a blanket teacher-facing warning for the whole English set. Preview every chosen case before class; do not assume the absence of a warning means the subject is emotionally neutral.

Cases may involve financial loss, account takeover, secrecy or pressure, threats, fear, impersonation, exploitation, or legal consequences. These topics may connect to a learner's current or past experience.

## Before class

* Remove or replace any case that is not appropriate for the group.
* Tell learners they may pause, skip a case, or speak privately with a trusted adult without explaining their experience to the class.
* Identify the school's safeguarding, counselling, and incident-reporting contacts before discussing possible exploitation or personal safety.
* Avoid asking whether anyone has personally been victimized.
* Do not use scores, public voting, or surprise disclosure to shame a learner.

## If a learner asks for help

Listen without blame. Preserve immediate safety, follow school safeguarding procedures, and involve an appropriate trusted adult or professional. If money, an account, personal safety, or a possible offence is involved, stop further contact with the sender and use a current official channel. The exercise is not an emergency, legal, financial, or counselling service.
